8:30 am to 12 pm and 1 pm - 4:30 pm

Check, money orders and cashier’s checks should be made payable to either PUYALLUP MUNICIPAL COURT OR MILTON MUNICIPAL COURT and should include you case, infraction or notice number.  A drop box is available outside the clerk’s window on the right side.  Do not put cash in the drop box.  Follow up after two to three business days to verify payment was received.    


Payment Plan Without a Hearing:

A time-payment agreement may be set up by clicking here, making request over the phone, via email to or by written request prior to your scheduled hearing. A written request for time payment must include your:
1.  Case/account number
2.  Full name
3.  Mailing address
4.  Phone number
You are encouraged to follow up with the court within 7-10 business days to verify your time payment was set up. Your payments will be setup at $50 per month with the first payment beginning in 30 days. Infraction traffic violations will be assessed an additional $10 fee.


If your account was sent to collections, you will need to contact the court to verify which agency has the account.

NOTE:  If you make payment via NCOURT, Dynamic Collectors, or Puget Sound Collections, depending on your method of payment, processing can take two to 10 business days before the court is notified, plus an additional two business days before the state Department of Licensing or Department of Motor Vehicle  is updated.
